The South of the Capital becomes the new North
The Rin Grand Hotel in the Capital, the housing unit with the largest capacity in Europe, has reported a business figure of 2.7 million Euro in the first three months of the year, with an occupancy rate of 33%.
“In these 3 months we have had an average of 1000 rooms available which were open gradually. Now we have reached a number of 1.300 open rooms from a total of 1.500”, said Ionut Negoita, who, together with his brother, Robert Negoita, invested 60 million Euro in the RIN Grand Hotel.
