Situated in the capital, the RIN Grand Hotel, housing 1500 4 stars rooms has had a business figure of 6.3 million Euro, with an average of 80% of the guests that have lodged at RIN Grand being Romanian citizens.

“The average of Romanian citizens lodged in our hotel is of 80% of the occupancy rate while foreigners represent the remaining 20%. Most of clients come from countries like Italy, Germany, Spain, Greece, France, Turkey or Austria”, said Ionut Negoita,which is the co-owner of the Rin Grand Hotel together with his brother. The hotel was open in the first phase in the month of November of last year offering 650 of its rooms. The estimated average of Romanian citizens being lodged in a four stars hotel is rather unusual for a hotel of this rating in the Capital, where over 50% of the guests are freigners as a rule.
