ABOUT RIN HOTELS
RIN Hotels stands for the concept behind the chain of four and three stars hotels - RIN Grand Hotel, Confort RIN Otopeni Resort and Confort Traian and is an integrating part of the RIN Group trust which is also represented by other successful businesses like Domus Stil, a real estate developer known for the Confort Residence, Confort Park and Confort City residential quarters, the Water Park amusement park and Pro Confort.
The RIN Group was founded at the beginning of the success story of the business men Robert and Ionut Negoita, in 1996, when, after a period of 2 years spent in France, they return to Romania and make their first investment purchasing a warehouse and two trucks.
After studying several business opportunities at once, they settle on flooring products: carpeting, vinyl flooring and rugs, and that is when the Pro Confort company is founded. Gradually, they turned their attention towards other areas of activity as well, such as PVC window frames, interior and exterior doors , furniture and civil building.
Due to new found financial resources for their business plans from 1997, they shift to the hotel industry in 2002. Under the management of Pro Hotels, owner and administrator of the RIN and Confort hotels, constructions on the first Confort hotel in Otopeni were initiated and it was inaugurated on the 25th of August 2003 as a result of an investment of approximately three million Euro. With a rather diffident starts and a relatively small number of employees, the company soon took a stand and made a name for itself in the hospitality industry, as it managed to always stay ahead of the curve identifying and anticipating the needs and expectations of its clients, proving to be both flexible and professional.
As the staff was composed of young, talented and dedicated individuals, the results were soon visible and, in less than a year, in September 2004, the second 3 stars hotel was open in the center of Bucharest. This hotel followed the same basic line and it managed to strengthen the image of the “Confort” brand both in the Capital as well as all over the country.
All these things combined with a series of other factors lead to the need of building a 4 stars hotel, designed to brilliantly complete the portfolio of services the company offers.
Situated in vicinity of the Henri Coanda International Airport, the RIN Hotel is the desired location for people who come to Bucharest on holiday or on business.

RIN Grand Hotel is the last and most ambitious project of the RIN Group. The hotel is located at the Southern part of Bucharest, 8 minutes away from Unirii Square, Mile 0 and from the commercial and historic center of the city.

The RIN Group was consolidated by Domus Stil – a residential real estate developer. The first residential quarter Domus Stil developed is Confort Residence.
A second high profile real estate project Domus Stil developed is the Confort Park housing project, situated in the South of Bucharest, on the Vitan Barzesti Street, just a few minutes away from Unirii Square, Alba Iulia Square and the Tineretului Park.
In the fall of 2007, Domus Stil started constructions on a new residential project, Confort City, situated on the Unirii Lane, 7.6 km away from Unirii Square, 7.8 km from Alba Iulia Square, 6.3 km from Tineretului Park and 3.5 km from RIN Grand Hotel.
Situated 6 km out of Bucharest, near RIN Hotel and Confort Hotel, Water Park Otopeni was open in the summer of 2004 and it is the only amusement park of its kind in the area.
